I am an urban and industrial landscape painter working mostly in oil and enamel.
I am presently working on a series of paintings of Cape Town harbour. The harbour's bright shipping containers, vertiginous cranes and over scaled geometry inspire my use of colour and mark-making and I endeavour to achieve a surface caught between the representational and the abstract.
